Section One: Customer Service Structures
Introduction
This course considers three main aspects to providing excellent customer service. In section one, we will consider customer service from the perspective of the company i.e., what are the structures and processes that focus on and provide mechanisms for offering customer service? In section two we will look at customer service from the perspective of the customer and delve into uncovering and meeting customer needs. In section three we will focus on our own skills in interacting with customers and handling customer complaints.
