Programme Overview

 

Introduction

  Welcome to this learning programme that will lead you to greater understanding of:

  • Manage a diverse work force to add value. This is intended for managers in all economic sectors. These managers would typically be second level managers such as heads of department, section heads or divisional heads, who may have more than one team reporting to them.
  • Interpret and manage conflicts within the workplace. The person credited with this Unit Standard is able to identify and manage the resolution of personal conflict between persons or parties. The main focus will be on the workplace although the same principles can be used elsewhere.

Conduct negotiations to deal with conflict situations. This is intended for people who negotiate in dealing with conflict situations.

  This learning programme is intended for all persons who need to:
